We currently ship across India.

- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Time:
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or Rural Areas may take additional time.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: ₹49 flat rate.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 flat rate.
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1500.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking link will be provided to track your order status. If you face any issues, please reach out to us directly.
5. Possible Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may happen due to unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or festive backlogs. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Accuracy of Address
Please ensure that all shipping details—full name, address, phone number, and pin code—are accurate at checkout. Bongnese is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
At Bongnese, we take extra care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product with damaged packaging or find any item missing, we’re here to make it right!
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share:
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging or product
- Your Order ID
Send the details to us via WhatsApp or email, and our friendly team will take care of the rest.
We’re committed to replacement will be done all damage-related —within 1 to 7 business days.
