Exchange & Refund Policy – Bongnese
At Bongnese, we want you to love every piece you buy from us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, joyful, and worry-free.
1. Easy Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes the fit or style might not be just right. That’s why we offer an easy exchange option for most of our products.
✅ Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange is available for size issues, defects, or if you received the wrong item.
✅ How to Request an Exchange:
Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and a clear photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the quick exchange process.
✅ Exchange Options:
- You can exchange for a different size (if available).
- You may also choose a different product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).
📦 Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our address. In some cases, we may arrange a pickup depending on location.
2. Refund Policy
At Bongnese, your satisfaction is our priority. While we currently do not offer direct refunds in most cases, we are happy to assist with 100% store credit or a free exchange under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect item
- The product becomes out of stock after placing your order
In such cases, we will gladly offer you either:
- A store credit (which can be used anytime for future purchases on Bongnese), or
- A replacement item (subject to availability), based on your preference.
If a refund is approved in special cases, it will be credited to your original payment method within 1 to 7 business days.
Replacement
If you opt for a replacement, we’ll dispatch the new item as soon as we receive the returned product.
Replacements are usually processed within 1 to 7 business days from the date we receive your return.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for exchange or return. These include:
- Innerwear or items marked as final sale/clearance
- Products without original tags or that appear worn/used
